Ambulatory Gynaecological Surgery

Advanced Expert Hysteroscopic Procedures
We specialize in correcting uterine anomalies, such as uterine septa, T-shaped uterus, and anomalies requiring metroplasty procedures. We also treat Asherman’s Syndrome, including severe forms and recurrences. Additionally, we perform hysteroscopic myomectomies for all types of submucosal uterine fibroids.
We also offer hysteroscopic tubal cannulation procedures for proximal tubal blockages and adopt a see-and-treat approach for all cases of abnormal uterine bleeding treating endometrial polyps, fibroids, and endometrial hyperplasia.

Transvaginal Hydrolaparoscopy vNOTES (Natural Orifice Transluminal Endoscopic Surgery)
Offers scarless laparoscopic evaluation of the female reproductive system without the need for general anesthesia with quick recovery. When adopted early in cases of presumed unexplained infertility, it can guide your fertility treatment in the right direction reaching a definitive diagnosis explaining the cause of your difficulty conceiving. Remember, open tubes on ultrasound or X-Ray imaging does not always mean good functioning tubes. The procedure also offer limited corrective surgical intervention access.
Tubal Laparoscopic Surgeries

We will be introducing Radiofrequency Fibroid Ablation (RFA) , a minimally invasive treatment destroying the fibroids without surgical removal. The destroyed tissue will be then absorbed by the body leading to significant shrinkage or disappearance of the fibroids.

LEEP Procedures
A Loop Electrosurgical Excision Procedure (LEEP) is a medical technique used to diagnose and treat abnormal cells in the cervix. During the procedure, a thin wire loop is used to remove a small piece of tissue from the cervix for examination.
If the examination reveals abnormal cells, the LEEP procedure can also be used to remove them. LEEP procedures are typically performed in an outpatient setting and may cause mild discomfort, but are generally safe and well-tolerated. Women who have undergone a LEEP procedure may experience some bleeding and discharge in the days following the procedure, but can usually return to normal activities within a few days.
It is important for women to follow up with their healthcare provider to monitor any changes in cervical health.

Show LessDr. Michael and his entire staff are wonderful people. I would recommend his clinic to any one. He is honest and very helpful about his fertility approach. Make the time, spend the money and invest. Be patient and it would happen. PUSH- pray, until, something, happens. The short receptionist upstairs I call her the busy lady – she is very nice- the ultra sound lady that dresses in her Doctor coat is extremely wonderful. I am an attorney at law and I fully endorse this clinic. My husband who is also a lawyer loves DR. Michael’s approach. I remembered the morning I needed to attend a murder trail and my busy body receptionist assisted me and fitted me in . God bless them all.
